• 1.1 AI Booking System — ESSP's automated scheduling engine that places phone call appointments onto a Vendor's integrated calendar.

• 1.3 Client — A paid ESSP member with an active subscription whose service requests are routed exclusively through ESSP.
• 1.4 ESSP (Energy System Service Program) — A rules based client care ecosystem operated by YEP that provides protected routing, priority service, and access to Preferred Vendors.
• 1.5 ESSP Ecosystem — The combined platform, software, workflows, Client Pools, routing systems, monitoring tools, and operational infrastructure managed by YEP.
• 1.6 ESOP (Energy System Optimization Program) — A subscription based monitoring and protection program for solar and battery systems.
• 1.7 Monitoring Data — System performance data, alerts, diagnostics, and related information collected through ESOP or other monitoring tools.
• 1.8 Personal Information — Information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can reasonably be linked to an individual or household, as defined under applicable privacy laws.
• 1.9 Preferred Vendor or Vendor — A vetted and contracted service provider approved by ESSP for specific Service Category(ies).
• 1.10 Service Category(ies) — The type(s) of service for which a Vendor is approved (e.g., Solar, Battery, HVAC).
